This page explains how users of the DJCards application, provided by Aurisen Technologies, can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your DJCards account and your personal data, send an email to our support team:

Email: admin@aurisen.co.in

Subject: Account & Data Deletion Request — DJCards

Please include your registered name and employee ID (or the email address associated with your DJCards account) so we can verify and locate your account.

You may also request deletion in person through your organization's administrator, who can raise the request on your behalf.

What data is deleted

Upon a verified request, we will delete the personal data associated with your DJCards account, including:

Account and profile information (name, employee ID, email, department)
Profile photo and facial/biometric verification data
Attendance records (check-in/out, breaks, working hours)
Location data associated with your attendance actions
Leave, half-day, and shift records

What data may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate employment record-keeping and audit purposes (for example, statutory attendance or payroll records). Any retained data is kept only as long as required and is then deleted.

Processing time

We will process valid deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once completed.
